It comes from a simple idea: to bring to the table simple but quality products. Among the flavors and knowledge of Apulian cuisine, the ancient recipes are revisited in a modern key, preserving the taste and authenticity of the tradition.

Our pizzeria
Our pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, speaks a completely new and modern language. Our doughs are made with stone-ground flour, that allows to achieve the right alveolation but also a high digestibility, also due the careful selection of the ingredients.
